Do you eat a lot of peanut butter but notice it can be quite high in calories?  There is a replacement option and I highly recommend it.

PB2 is a great replacement choice for traditional peanut butter with less, a lot less calories (about 85% less) and is great on anything you usually like to put peanut butter on.

What is it?
Essentially it is crushed up peanuts with the excess oil removed, dried up and ground up into a power form.

How do you use it?
Simply add a little water to it and you can use it like a regular spreadable peanut butter.  I use it as straight powder in my smoothies. By adding 1-2 tablespoons, my smoothies have a nice peanut butter flavor. It is also great for adding to your baking such as protein squares.  Or in your other breakfast choices such as quinoa or oatmeal. I also use this for hiking and have taken it on my own recent trips.  Add a little bit of water and you’ve got a great source of protein for energy.
