Fresh Mango and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 19-Ounce Black Beans
  • 14-Ounce whole-kernel corn
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Chili Powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bow and mix well.  Serve immediately or chill before serving.
