Chicken Protein Soup

Chicken Protein Soup Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup peeled and chopped carrots
  • 1/2 Cup chopped celery
  • 2 oz boneless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 Cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 Cup chopped broccoli spears
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper

Directions

  • Simmer the carrots, celery, and chicken in the stock gently for 20 minutes.
  • Add the chopped broccoli and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Add the parsley, season with pepper and serve.

1 Cup = 1 serving
