Pumpkin Protein Bites
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
- 1/8 cup agave (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Stir all together.
- Scoop about 1tbsp of mixture and roll into ball (it will be sticky!) and place on parchment paper lined pan or plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Optional: Drizzle with 1/2 scoop of your favorite whey isolate mixted with 1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk on top of each bite.
