Pumpkin Protein Bites


  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
  • 1/8 cup agave (or honey)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


  1. Stir all together.
  2. Scoop about 1tbsp of mixture and roll into ball (it will be sticky!) and place on parchment paper lined pan or plate.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Optional: Drizzle with 1/2 scoop of your favorite whey isolate mixted with 1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk on top of each bite.
