Crunchy Tuna Salad

Crunchy Tuna Salad Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz) tuna
  • ¼ cup celery
  • ¼ cup diced apples
  • 2½ tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2½ tbsp sweet relish

Directions

  • Combine tuna, mayo and relish. Mix well
  • Fold in celery and apple. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving (I don’t usually have time to do this, and it still turns out just fine)
  • Serve on salad greens or as sandwich filling on wholegrain bread
